Shipping Policy

• We, at Attitude Designers Ltd. (Gazal Agrawal & Panache by Gazal Agrawal) make all commercial and reasonable endeavours to ensure that Products are delivered to the Users in a timely fashion.
• Your order will be shipped within 14-21 business days. It's a small wait, but well worth your time!
• Your ready to ship order will be shipped in 7-10 Business Days.
• Shipping will be conducted through delivery service providers available at the time.
• We currently ship products only within India. You can place orders from across the world but delivery addresses are restricted to India. If you wish for international shipping, please connect with us over call.
• Tracking information will be made available only if this information is made available by the delivery service provider.
• If the package appears damaged upon arrival, we request that you inform the manufacturer and the shipping company immediately.
• Take pictures of the closed package and wait for further communication by the manufacturer before unpacking.
• If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please contact us immediately (in the first 12 hours). We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• Orders should reach the customer within 3-4 days after the date of dispatch.
